Thr manager said "why?" I said "because Ive been waiting for 20 minutes and I already have to go back in to work, so I dont have time to eat. I need a refund."

At the pickup window, the order was read back incorrectly (mentioning items I never ordered). I corrected it again. Despite this, I was given fries, drinks, and an additional bag containing oatmeal I had already asked to be removed. I was told to park and wait for cookies. When I checked the bag and saw the oatmeal, I went back to the window and was told that it had been read back to me earlier, which wasn’t accurate. I was never given a receipt, and I had already corrected the order multiple times. At that point, rather than making a scene, I chose to leave. The situation could have been handled much more professionally with clearer communication and attention to the customer’s corrections.
