I live 3 minutes away, and the only thing that was fresh was the chicken nuggets. My burger bun was so hard I could knock an eye out. I ordered spicy nuggets and received regular nuggets. My new order was 2 double stack bags, and received 3 single stack burgers. I’m confused. As a service worker, I can’t say anything. I’m just confused.

Well, I was reminded why I don’t do fast food any more. The food was HORRIBLE, tasted like a 7 year made my burger, fries was not fresh mixed with old and new just warm from the heat of the light that they sits under. And, they no longer do the pretzel bun anymore, that’s what made the Baconator so much more delicious. It was my first meal of the day at 2 pm and it ended up being bad! That was a waste of $13.

You wait forever to get your food with no explanation. They need new management and a staff that wants to be there. People just stand around waiting for their cold food.
