Each and every time, even though they were on different days and vastly different times, they kept marking my food as delivered to me/order completed. I then proceed to wait during that time, worried that something has happened to my order, and then walk inside and ask. On two fo those occasions, it still took around 10 minutes to actually get the food to me despite me waiting inside. It is very frustrating. Also, their fries are consistently over-fried. :(

You ask for bbq sauce they act like it hurts them to add some in the bag and want to have an attitude for no reason yall gotta do better. Manager has same attitude as the girl in the drive thru. So sad no motivation no customer service just horrible.
