    If you can get your food at all then it's decent but good luck with that! Waited over 30 minutes for a meal but it seemed they would rather keep focus on the drive through and ignore everything else. Alarms blaring people waiting at the counter and the focus is on everything but the people waiting at the counter. Some people waited over an hour and some people walked in and left within 5 minutes! How does that work? Should be first come first serve regardless no matter what or where or how big any order is. If your trying to get a quick meal for the road forget it and get something else.

    Do not come or order from this mcdonalds. They sent me to the drive through reserves parking and had me wait for over 30 mintues and forgot about me and my order.

    I placed a mobile order on December 31 and had to sauce a burritos, four hashbrowns a chicken Mc griddle a sausage, egg cheese, Mc griddle and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. When I picked up the food (via drive-thru) and went back home everything was fine until I bit one of these sausage burritos it tasted like the Raid roach spray. My tongue felt funny and I spit it out, and I immediately reached out to McDonald’s and filed a complaint. I ended up receiving a generic message staying the following: — Thank you for contacting McDonald’s Customer Care. We appreciate you sharing your restaurant experience and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I am sorry for the food, which did not live up to our high quality standards. Please be assured that we want to provide you with an exceptional experience every time you visit us. From your contact, it is clear we did not meet your expectations. Again, I am truly sorry we disappointed you. Customer Care has immediately shared the information provided with the Restaurant Leaders, as they are best suited to review and address your concern. We appreciate the time you took to share your experience with us. We hope to have the opportunity of serving you soon under the Golden Arches. Sincerely, Mark McDonald’s Customer Care Case Number: 35091093 — Unfortunately, I do not believe this is going to change anything: also upon reading other reviews, some people were complaining they had a funny taste in different parts of the food. If there is a roach or bug infestation going on at the restaurant, it should be shut down and sanitize, and then sanitize again to prevent any cross contamination. While I am glad that I’m okay (thanks for not asking McDonald’s), imagine if your child bit into a McNugget or a french fry that was cross contaminated or touched a counter, not sanitized or had Raid spray on it. And then you get this generic message. I’m just going to be reporting this to the City of Converse and get something done in this matter because that’s very sick.

    I went through the drive through and the person who took my money at the window said nothing and was so rude. I drive up to the window and said hello. The woman just blurted out my total and nothing else. I hand her my card and when she gave it back she didn’t even look at me or say a word then just closed the window. I get it’s a fast food service but not even a hello or thank you seemed so crazy to me. I got nuggets and fries. While the nuggets were good the fries left a strange feeling in my mouth.
