  So, I was driving back from Abilene to Houston, Texas, and my son and I stopped at a McDonald’s for a quick meal. When we went inside, I ordered a Happy Meal and a caramel frappé. We took a seat, but after about 20 minutes, our food still hadn’t arrived. Meanwhile, the staff seemed to be chatting with a young lady who appeared to be off-duty. I decided to get up and check on our order, and just as I did, my son started crying. That’s when I noticed one of the staff members angrily slam a Happy Meal box on the counter and react negatively towards my son. She seemed irritated and her coworker laughed about it. Eventually, another staff member helped me and finally handed over our food, which had apparently been ready for quite some time. Overall, the experience left me feeling unwelcome and uneasy, especially seeing such anger directed at my child. It was definitely disappointing for a McDonald’s visit.

  I don’t know why we keep coming to this location! You wait forever! Why have two lanes and one never work. You saw hello hello never get help. Employees never seem to know what to do.

  This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app and get here and they’re not even open at almost 7am and some of the drive through staff are so rude.

  BRAND NEW ESTABLISHMENT... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Time of visit: 9:00 pm on a Tuesday This McDonald's establishment needs to find better management and crew workers. The managers that this new restaurant has hired are still in high school or just graduated. Way too young to hold this type of leadership and position. Waited for our food for more than 25 minutes. We were the 4th customers inside the building. Several patrons had been waiting quite some time for their orders. Drive thru seemed to be first priority. Burger's were cold. Ranch dressing dipping sauce was separated inside packs and returned to counter. Waited more than 10 minutes for some type of acknowledgment from manger to get new sauces and bring this to her attention. Was not even offered an alternative nor apologize to. Manager would not even acknowledge me standing there waiting but did look at me 4 different times. Was refused to be given the name of said manger by herself and other employees. She had no name tag or badge showing that she was even employed by McDonald's. I asked for some type of apology or recognition for our inconvenience and she refused to do so. So much for customer service!!! You definitely need to do better McDonald's of Clifton. It's a brand new restaurant and staring off badly!!!

  Went thru drive thru this morning. It wasn't too busy when I made my order. We were told it takes six minutes to cook the pie. Pull up to second window to pay. We paid and were told to move up to last window. We did but after fifteen or more minutes I tried tapping on the window but there was no one in site. My wife had to walk in to see about our order. Finally a woman came to the window and said we so sorry, the other lady forgot. She handed me the bag and frappe. I pulled around to get my wife. I opened the bag and part of our order was missing. Wife came out with a bag which had the rest of the order and a extra pie lol. This is the second time the breakfast crew messed up our order and my wife was late to work. It took about 30 minutes just for a frappe, two sausage biscuits and 6 hash browns! We noticed other people waiting too. When my wife was inside she talked to a friend who happens to be a deputy sheriff.He said he finally gave up and came inside too. You gotta get that breakfast crew worked out.
