  I waited almost an hour in a half for my food and all that just from some small burgers. they need better employees because their service is so bad. i do not recommend

  Just left after waiting for a half hour for food, didn't receive food either. Spoke to young mgr and she said they didn't have any food ready and offered me a refund. I asked how long to grt our food she said she didn't know but woild.work on it. After about 10 mins she came back with partial order ans stated that they didn't have any fries or vanilla shake as the machine was down. I asked for my refund which she struggled to do cause I paid with card and so finally after about 10 mins I asked for my refund in cash. When looking to the kitchen area there was filth all.over the floor and it was covered with fries. Also employees were just standing around and not interested in helping each other at all. We will drive to.Glen Rose or Whitney before we come back to this one.

  This location is the most God awful McDonald's I have ever been to! I ordered my food via the app, drove 15 minutes to pick it up, and sat in line for over an HOUR to receive my food! If possible, go to another location or find another restaurant to go to! I will drive to Glen Rose location for my food from now on!

  Awful location. It's mcdonald's the food is obviously not gonna be the greatest. However, I've been here a hand full of times and 3 out of 4 times the order was wrong. One time I waited for already ordered and paid for food for over 30 min. If you go inside you'll see that the employees have no sense of urgency whatsoever it just younger people back there laughing and joking around working at the pace of 80 year olds. Don't bother calling the number on your receipt for complaints it's just a voicemail to an ownership group and they won't return you call or even acknowledge you.

  We ordered 2 meals and a happy meal for our son on a Thursday night. We drove off and our son pulled his burger out and there was a full bite taken out of it! We turned around and drove back and my husband went in to talk to a manager. They tried to lie and say there was no manager available. Then the teenager at the front took the managers badge tag and came back and said she was the manager. My husband just laughed and explained what happened. They called him a liar and said they watched the kitchens cameras and no one did that. She refused to give him her name and said McDonald’s policy is that they are not required to give their name upon request. The person that said she was the manager was within sight bagging a school busses order the whole time and couldn’t have checked cameras at any point to be so adamant in calling my husband a liar that no one in her kitchen tampered with our order. My husband said we would like the whole meal remade since it was now cold or a refund and they said they would do neither and that they were too busy with the s hook busses order that had just pulled in. She also said it was impossible to give us a refund. So my husband came back to the car and we pulled through the drive through and asked to speak to a manager to see if they would send the real manager to speak to us. The teenager at the window didn’t like that I was recording and went to the front. The person who said she was the manager called the police lol! We explained to the officer what was transpiring and he went inside with my husband and she could miraculously give us a refund now? She still refused to give us her name and deleted it from the refund receipt but the officer assured us we could get it from them after the report was filed. This was the most horrible experience we have ever had with any food or customer service institution. We have already contacted corporate and we will suggest to anyone and everyone to never visit this location. They need a competent manager and not a store full of teenagers running the place that think it is funny to tamper with a child’s happy meal and then refuse refunds or to remake an order when the customer is supposed to be right? We probably should have checked this locations rating before visiting as it is obviously a mess with a 2 star rating.
