    I had to wait for someone to come to the counter. I waited about 20 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. I ordered in the app, as I thought it would be quicker. It wasn't any quicker. I'm deeply disappointed in this McDonalds.

    It's hard to fathom that a company like McDonalds which has made its success through years of consistency, fast service and pretty decent food would allow one of their locations to perform to such substandards as we see here in Canyon Lake. They are consistently, agonizingly slow and often get orders wrong. The people are ok, nice enough - it's obvious that management here is simply very, very poor.

    Their customer service is the absolute worst. And their drive through hours are not correct. They close at 11. Not 12am. They allow you to still order in app just so they can take your money and make you go through corporate to get a refund.
