  We ordered 4 separate meals. They did not repeat the order then or at the window when we paid. We did review the receipt and the only error made at first glance was not removing pickles off of one of the burgers. At the pickup window, they had the drinks wrong. We had to correct them more than once on what the drinks were and they were clearly on the receipt. We then sat there for an excessive amount of time. Then upon receiving our food, we saw that three of the ketchup packets had exploded all over the large order of fries. When we got home it was very disappointing to see that all three of the burger combos were wrong!! Completely incorrect. We then called the store and asked for a manager, his first response was to accuse the new employee who took the order. We explained that she did not make the errors. Her only mistake was not removing the pickles from one of the burgers. It was sad to see a manager default to blaming the new employee, when it fact it was those making the food. This is the absolute worst experience at any Whataburger and we are not confident it wont happen again. Do better Whataburger!

  Stopped in to this Whataburger today and it was by far the best experience in Burleson! It was clean, staff were so nice, food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Larry took our order and checked on us three times. He was so sweet and professional! 10/10 would recommend!

  Don’t usually post negative reviews, but this one is overdue! The place is about 10 minutes away from my place! So tell me why, it took an hour and a half to get here!! So when I got my food, it’s cold!! I bought an extra chicken strip, they are constantly forgetting about items that are included in the order!!! GRAVY!! I even ordered 2, in the hopes ONE will make it here!!! But not even one!!! NONE!!!! No spicy ketchup, no extra chicken strip!!! I know these are minuscule things, HOWEVER, Whataburger prides itself on being the only ones with these SPECIAL condiments and being the best Texan place!!! So, I don’t understand how you can’t follow a simple order!! Because when I looked at my receipt, it was exactly what I ordered!! So who doesn’t know how to read!!?? Make it make sense!!! Lord, give us strength!!!

  Friendly staff, good family friendly atmosphere and clean. The burger was delicious, not a greaseball and the beef is so fresh perfect. The fries were also fried to perfection. The ONLY reason the food section doesn’t get five stars from me is that the fries were salted too heavily for my taste. That’s it.

  I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. The dining area was not well maintained—there was visible trash on the floor, and several tables had sauce spills that had not been cleaned. The environment was also quite loud, which made the experience less comfortable. Additionally, a woman who appeared to be a manager, based on her attitude and interactions, was speaking to her coworkers in a loud voice and showingan attitude that seemed loud and unprofessional. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both employees and customers. After placing my order, the food took about 15 minutes to be prepared, which I believe is longer than expected for a fast-food establishment.
