She also said she will talk with her staff so this doesn't happen in the future. If we are in Brenham again and needing to eat we will give them another try. We ordered 6 buffets and 3 of us needed Gluten Free. We asked about his before purchasing and they said it was no problem. We were told to go to the buffet and let them know what kind of pizza we would like. We ordered at the buffet and were told it would take around 7 minutes. We went up multiple times and finally got a pepperoni pizza. We continued to check and they kept saying the other 2 pizzas were still cooking. Finally an hour later they told us they called it over the loud speaker and we didn't come so they put them on the buffet! Two of us never got to eat and left hungry. It was not even that busy. Went up to the counter and asked for a refund for 2 buffets since 2 of us never got any pizza and they said they couldn't do that. I do not recommend this place at all if you need gluten free. On another note my brother and his family tried to come and ended up leaving because they would not allow his special needs son who can not eat to come in without purchasing a buffet! Guess that should have been a sign to leave but we had already paid.
