we waited here for about an hour. if you sign up for a job and YOU KNOW what it comes with then do ur job right ? the whole time all the crew people were playing around, avoiding eye contact. im disappointed

Made a curbside order, got the notification somebody will be out shortly with my food.. 25+ minutes later I have to walk inside and "remind" them of my order only to be givin cold food as I requested it to be fresh. Only to be givin grease dipped fries and the same burgers. Horrible experience everytime.

During my visit @ McDonalds today I requested condiments a strawberry packet and Splenda. The lady at the 2nd drive thru window was rude and made it obvious that she did not want to assist me. I was very kind and only asked for what I wanted. "Ma'am you need to request it when ordering, I am just saying" ( was her response) I took my condiments from her and kindly said thank you. She was rude; all of the attitude and lack of professionalism was unnecessary. There are no rules to making a purchase at a fast food restaurant and having to request items at a certain window and there was no visible signs that says that and the person taking my order did not offer so I simply made a request. She was irritated and did not want to assist. She was a plus sized lady so I am not sure if she was able to perform her duties of walking or bending to get me what I needed; however there still was no excuse. Thanks

My partner and I have consistently felt terrible after eating at this spot specifically. The first time we chopped it up to a bad day and didnt think much of the severe stomach problems. We ate there again the next week and the same thing occured, we no longer thought this was a coincidence and decided to not eat there again for a while. We go back after about a month and this time it was worse because i felt nauseous and my partner ended up vomiting later on in the night. It does not help that the staff sounds incredibly uninterested in everything, which i obviously understand considering the location, but it becomes a problem when they end up mumbling through the intercom and becoming almost unintelligible. We will not be returning more than likely ever to avoid any more risks of possible food poisoning.

Every single time i come here there are unbelievably long wait times and it never ceases to amaze me just how much longer they can make me wait. The staff are ok not the most friendly but not horrible but just very slow
