This was the nastiest McDonalds I have EVER been too. If I hadn't already placed my order through the app, I would have left. The employees were non-reaponsive. I requested my fries be cooked crispy & they just looked at me, no response. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN TO THIS MCDONALDS!

This McDonalds has to be the worse I’ve ever had. I can’t say I have ever gotten food that tastes fresh from this place. Customer service is terrible. Can’t even get anyone that will take your order. They tell you to use the Chaos. So if I want to pay with cash I guess is not an option because you can’t get anyone to help. The lobby is ALWAYS nasty dirty. I’m done with spending money at this place just to throw it in the trash.

Friendly service, order mostly right (forgot sauce for nuggets), nice location, but weird line where people can also pull in and cut from the HEB parking lot is weird and irritating.

Order is always wrong. Couldn't even get my order the other day and lost $15 for it. Try and use points and lost those too because they were out of what we wanted. They always take way to long. Hour wait for a meal is ridiculous.

Mobile order placed 1939 at 0946hrs, I arrived at 0955hrs. Due to backed up drive thru, changed order to curbside, space 3. Received notification at 1001hrs my food was on its way. At 1013hrs I walked onto store, looking for my order. It was sitting on the front counter, minus the coffee I paid for. After a few minutes of being ignored, I was finally asked if I had an order. Watched an employee walk by with 3 small coffees, to be given to another customer. I explained that I was in space 3, looking for my food. Young man explained they were waiting for the coffee to brew......I said "don't bother, keep the coffee I already paid for." I took my food and went to my truck. I was extremely unhappy to find my food cold, at best room temp. Threw the entire order out, I'm done with this location. Drive thru times are the worst, in no way does this location provide "fast food."
