I stopped using them years ago because you'd always have something missing from your order and if you live outside of town, it's our of your pocket to drive back to Bonham to get what you paid for in the first place. I stupidly decided to give them another chance. I'm 2 weeks out of surgery and can't drive so I asked family to pick up the order. Once again Pizza Hut staff didn't pay attention when getting the order together and forgot the 4-pack of drinks. Instead of refunding what they owe you, they will either have you drive to the store or they will keep your money as a credit. Seems like an illegal practice when the customer is asking for a refund of what they didn't receive.
