- ARAlyson R.Jul 21, 20243.0Depending on who’s working here, customer service is a hit or miss. Either you’ll get someone who’s nice, or you’ll get someone who has an attitude. The only thing consistent is the fact that they are always understaffed and it takes forever to do a pick up order. If you’re going to do carry out, wait at least an hour. No chance your order will be done in the 15-30 minute time frame- even when the only thing you’ve ordered is a single pizza. They don’t even update the online tracker so it’s impossible know when to show up for your food.

- MCMelanie CaseyOct 10, 20211.0We ordered a pizza and wings from here two days ago and the pizza was burnt, and you might as well go to wasn't and get the wings in a bag because those taste better than this restaurants did. we went up and got it replaced, it was still burnt. The next day we went and got another replacement one and guess what? It was STILL BURNT. We just took the pizza home, we got tired of messing with them. They blamed it on the a/c being out, but from the other reviews from a year ago I can tell that's not the case. Not worth the money. Better luck going to another location or just go to a while other chain.
