But the highlight of the meal was the amazingly flavored fish with the edible orchid flowers. You might think that the orchid flowers are just for decoration. But trust me, they are the best part. The delicate and fluffy crunchy nature of the orchid flowers that have been dipped in the fish juices made the meal go from amazing to divine.
