    New management as of this review, Kristina, new manager: I was actually greeted when I walked in. Directions were followed on my order. My wings had more than a teaspoon of sauce for the first time in a long time and they were actually well done as I requested. My cheese pizza surprisingly didn't look like it had been run over after being thrown around, and had more than the bottom of the bag crumbs of cheese on it. For anyone who was ordering from here last month, please try again. I previously only had a notion to comment on the lack of customer service and occasional "I think they all need to find new jobs," but today was a pleasant surprise and total upgrade to previous experiences. The hello when I walked in, alone, made it a 5 star experience. lol Getting the order correct, and being well made exceeded previous expectations (which is sad, but clearly reflected the prior manager).

    This was by far the worst experience I've had. It was just average before, but now I won't be ordering from here again. They consistently get the order wrong, and what's even worse is that they don't know how to fix it. It's complete chaos.

    These people are always so slow. Like how hard is it to make pizzas on time. Not once, not twice, good lord. I understand if you’re tired, then quit and go find another job. Other places make orders on time. It’s best to just order from another papa John’s.
