  I ordered the Jack o lantern pizza and it was to be delivered at a specific that I picked on line and then when it was not delivered at the time that was selected I called the restaurant and the manager was not nice at all and was giving total attitude about the delay. I would have understood the delay if she was not rude. We Will not be ordering from Papa John’s again, I will go to the pizza restaurant closer to my home like always and has much better customer service.

  I was very disappointed with the quality of my pizza the topping’s were placed on very sloppy and the wings had hair in them. Not only was I disgusted and unsatisfied with my order but I am very disappointed in the way this specific store is organized.

  I was very disappointed with the outcome of the epic stuffed crust Alfredo pizza with tomatoes it was very watery and the cheese kept falling off the pizza so I recommend you guys making sure the pizza doesn’t look soggy either and it also looks like it has been spit all over the Alfredo pizza! Gross! Also the super Hawaiian pizza the Canadian bacon was super burnt on the edges To gross to even take a pic of the pizza! anyways I need a refund or I’m never coming back!!!

  I want to give the manager for this papajohns a shout out. He really came through. The pizza from here is great and the staff is awesome. The only issue i ever have from here is 100% the doordash people. Today was another example of the door dash guy marked my pizza as delivered but he left it at the wrong location. But the manager was clutch and got me a replacement fast as heck. So def thanks brother.
