  My dog loves this place, and I love to bring it here. The big space to run with other dogs and the splashpad are great. I would prefer they didn't allow such small children in the play area. I've seen too many tiny children wandering around without an adult nearby which concerns me. Do I think my dog would intentionally hurt a person or child? No. But, after an attack, you almost always hear the dog owner say they never would've expected their dog would do that. Plus there are large excited dogs running throughout the area at any given moment. My hope is they stop allowing under age 12 in the play area, or at least strongly emphasize/enforce to adults that small children are to stay right by them for their safety. Also maybe consider what they're wearing - some of the things I've seen could be mistaken for dog toys. Again, we really do love the amenities and the option to get food/drinks while there!

  This place had a recent name change due to the owners going independent from the franchise after it was bought by a corporation in Canada. Due to them going independent, they’ve had the freedom to change up their menu items and cocktails, and to hold more special events. I’ve been taking my dog here for 2 years now, and this place is fantastic! They have a great beer selection and many delicious cocktails. Their burgers are my favorite thing on the menu, and they’re BIG. The staff is friendly, and the bark rangers are great at “keeping the peace” in the dog park. There are dog fights that break out from time to time, but that happens at all dog parks, however the bark rangers are very quick to intervene. I do wish they had more shade because it gets really hot on some summer days, and there isn’t enough shade in the dog park to block out the sun. My dog absolutely loves their splash pad, and during the summer they bring out kiddie pools and fill them up with ice for the dogs to roll around in and cool off. Every single time I drive up to Mutts and pull into their parking lot, my dog gets ecstatic like a kid arriving to an amusement park. She has the best time here running around, meeting new dogs and people, and it lets me chill out with a beer and make new friends. I highly recommend you check this place out. I’ve been to literally all of the other dog park bars in Austin, and this place is 1000% the best out of them all. It’s very well maintained and clean. I highly recommend you give this place a visit!

  My friend/neighbor invited me to be her guest a couple of times with my dog, Rambo and we always had a great time! I decided that I would become a member and this dog park has really helped my little guy (10lbs) gain more confidence! There is a nice little community, and most people are super friendly. The staff is really great and caring, and the owners are super nice! Solid beer selection, and a full bar. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I intend to.

  We love love LOVE this dog park!! Ryder goes nuts when he sees us pull into the parking lot! His favorite amenity is the ice bath!! The food is always on point (gotta try the chicken tenders!!) and the employees are always super friendly!! We always see at least one of the owners there when we come and they always have a huge smile when they see us. Ignore the repeated 1 star reviews from the girl she is just mad because she got banned for repeated negative comments relating to another dog park a long time ago. She's stuck in the past and refuses to move on. It's sad.

  My pup and I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, the drinks are great, and the food is amazing. I also love that they host fun events and parties to engage the community. There’s an awesome splash pad for hot days, and they even bring out pools of ice, which my dog is obsessed with. They have massive LED screens for game days and watch parties, plus cabanas you can rent that come with full service and private TVs. The park areas are well designed with a smaller space for little dogs and a larger park for big dogs. The staff keeps an eye on the dogs, which takes a lot of stress off owners, and they are always gentle, caring, and attentive with every dog. There’s full Wi-Fi if you want to work from your laptop, and overall this spot is just a gem. Highly recommend!
