You would think that the employee(s) working at the store would realize that they are burnt and they would make a new batch, but they don't care. They would rather just have them delivered to the customer to deal with it. It's a shame that they don't care to be decent at their job. I've finally learned my lesson. I will not be wasting money ordering from them again.

When I called, the manager refused to take responsibility and either make me new pizzas (the 2 xl I ordered or credit me for the medium price). He blamed it both on corporate and me (saying I clicked what I clicked)…,even though you can see on the receipt that I did click xl yet the receipt is for mediums. The manager also refused to give me the franchise owners name. I’m beyond frustrated and furious. How easy would it have been to remake my pizzas or offer me a credit?!
