The food at this restaurant is amazing!! I’ve been here several times and enjoyed it every time. However, I just had an experience that soured my taste. When we went up to order, there was a line of people who were still deciding and weren’t ready to order. They all told my mother and I to go ahead so we did. As we walked up to the counter, the woman behind the counter yelled at us saying “the line is over there” multiple times and refused our attempt to explain the situation. It was a really rude disposition for someone who didn’t know the situation at all. As someone who works in customer service, I cannot believe her tone for an establishment that is tip-based.
Then we ordered two mains and they came out at completely different times.
I really do love the food here so it is sad, but they need to train their workers better frankly :/
The table service here is genuinely great despite ordering at the front and they were very considerate of my sister’s allergies when I went another time. This place has been a regular favorite of mine so this was a really disappointing interaction.

David at Loro Korean BBQ did an awesome job and really elevated the whole dining experience. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we understood the menu and cooking process without ever being overbearing. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made the atmosphere feel welcoming and relaxed, which is always a plus when you’re out with friends. You can tell he cares about providing great service, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Because of David, the experience felt smooth, enjoyable, and memorable, and he’s a big reason I’d want to come back.

David was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly outgoing, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He went above and beyond to be helpful, checked in on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive energy truly and has an experience at Loro. Excellent service like his is the reason we’ll definitely be back.

Loro would be a great spot for friends or a date! The atmosphere is casual but still cool, and it was not too loud. The menu is also very reasonably priced, especially for the Domain.
The food itself was good but not perfect. Highlights included the corn fritters and the brisket sandwich! Both were delicious and we also really enjoyed the Kyuri mule. While the flavor was good, I was less impressed with the pork katsu sandwich as the meat was tough. Additionally, if you don't like spicy food, I would definitely ask your server as there were a couple of items that caught us by surprise.
Overall though, we really enjoyed our time and Loro is a great, social spot for the Domain!
