Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Our server and the bartenders were on point, the restaurant was clean (including the bathrooms), and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even the baby had a great time. It’s one of the best spots to dine at when checking out the domain. The staff here are absolutely professional, and they really know how to cook well and make solid drinks. The food is also on a whole other level! The bean sauce is rich and thick, but not too salty. Their carne asada steak tastes so good with the rice that they serve with it. It’s been 20 days since I dined at this spot, and I still think about the food to this day.
