- SAStay AmericaOct 27, 20255.0I was passing by the building starting in the windows, hoping to find a public restroom, but didn’t see one inside and kept walking. A security guard came out to me with a huge smile (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) and said that they are pet friendly and invited me to come inside. They let me use a clean restroom, and Erika was very kind—she gave me recommendations about Austin and even shared a whole list of places to visit she made her own. They also didn't push me to buy anything or try to take advantage of my time in any ways. Thank you, guys, for your service and warm welcoming hospitality! Wishing you all the very best!

- JBJUSTIN BOct 8, 20251.0Me and my mother (who is a Capital One 360 member) visited this Cafe today, and I kindly asked one of the greeters (who always greet you when you visit the Cafe) if I coukd bring in a coffee from next door, because my mother does not like the Espresso that they offer (and I explained further that I woukd be ordering food and drink from the café), and the guy just says "we prefer you to buy your coffee here". So, I then say, so that is a "No", on being able to bring in a coffee from next door, even though I will be buying food and drink for myself from the Cafe? And, he gave me a nasty look, and said yes, no is correct. I am so angry. Have given this Cafe so much business in the past. My mother will be closing our checking account, after the way we were treated by that Greeter. It was very upsetting. They basically refused a customer's (who is also a Capital one customer) business, all because we wanted to bring in a coffee from next door. And, to make matters worse, the guy was just so cold. Turned from friendly, to down right nasty very fast. Well, they just lost our business forever. I understand a No Outside drinks allowed policy, but the guy was just so nasty and cost. Plus, I was going to order an iced Chai and a pasty for myself, and the only reason I needed a coffee for my mother from the place near by, is because my mother says that their Espresso here is horrible. A type of place like this could have bent a little in that rule, especially for a customer. And it is not like we woukd have been loitering, because I was going to buy a drink and a pastry from the café right then and there. I never liked being bothered by those Greeters anyways, I am happy to never visit this place ever again. I can get a good iced Chai elsewhere in the future. And, my mother will find a new bank for her SSI checks to be deposited at.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
