    They literally send out fake promos haha then you call to find out what is the point and nobody knows. 🤷 Wasted my time for a redemption code they sent me that I didn't even ask for that wasn't even valid.

    I ordered my normal order one thin crust cut into Squares and a regular two topping. This is the 3rd time they have cut my thin crust pizza wrong. I called to let them know and someone is picking up the phone and hanging up in my face. I will never order from here again. Poor service and poor communication skills.

    Their stuff are very rude they don't carry 50 dollar change for 22.38 dollar order. Their food is good but im very disappointed stuff member i dont why too many unprofessional low mentality people work reputed fast food cain like papa Jones i will never gonna order food from papa Jones this location i won't requirement anyone to visit here cause we are paying money for food not for arrogant behaviour . i dont the women name who misbehaved with me. If i know i will definitely mentioned here

    Do not order from this location. We placed an order at 8 and promptly received the order by 8:20 which should be a good thing right? Heck no! The pizza was stale cold and looked like it had been sitting out all day. In addition to the poor presentation and below par quality, it was not what we ordered. Paid 40 bucks for better ingredients - better pizza: it was garbage. Tried calling the store and of course no one answered, Terrible terrible !
