Pappasitos is the pinnacle. i've been eating here with family and friends since the 90s. The flavors, the atmosphere, the drinks, the top notch staff.... at the level of excellence consistently for all of these years.

The hostess, Caitlyn, was super sweet and attentive and our server, Jenna, was amazing. The staff made us feel welcomed. Can’t wait to visit again when we are in town again. Will post pics next time. But in the last few months I have actually been able to enjoy the food. The rice is cooked and not raw and crunchy like it used to be. The salsa has more bite to it and doesn't taste burned all the time. The beans have more flavor and the tortillas are thinner and fluffier. So thank you for stepping up your game because I used to dread spending food money on poorly cooked food. Since my mom only likes certain places to eat its really nice that I can enjoy it to. Plus the Reserve margaritas are really good. Always order the chicken fajitas because they are moist and tender. Still scared to get the beef fajitas because they are always served rare and I still can't go that far.

My server Z was professional and did a great job serving our family but the manager on duty KP, was repeatedly rude to me as a customer. When I asked about a problem with my meal, she spoke over me, walked away and while she rolled her eyes, and used an unprofessional tone. She was also wearing a shirt that was exposing her midrift which I felt was not appropriate for a family restaurant This made the dining experience uncomfortable and unacceptable and ruined my families birthday dinner. Management should train staff to treat customers respectfully. I won’t be returning until I see a change.
