  This location usually had good food, but DO NOT waste $9.95 on a salad to go. It has a little greens, 2 tiny tomatoes, 4 croutons, a pinch of cheese, and a small slice of bacon. The dressing on the side container was inside the small salad container, taking up most of the space. Some of the lettuce is brown on the edge. Isn't worth $2, certaintly not $10

  The steak and lobster dinner was genuinely satisfying: a perfectly browned, umami-rich steak paired with sweet, tender lobster that balanced the richness. The broccoli added a fresh, slightly bitter bite that kept everything from feeling heavy. Special thanks to Abby for the warm, welcoming service, highly recommend this place.

  Horrible Service. We were told by security to park in corner front. We did and as we came inside we were rold ro move our car, my husband explain security gard told us to park there ahw did not care. Then I ask for a table and she look at me serious and said it was gonna be 2 hour wait. Like ahe didnt wanted us there. Horrible horrible seevice. Reataurant was not even full.

  Very poor service and an unprofessional experience. It’s clear the staff are no longer trained to the same standards as before, and the quality of service has noticeably declined. Demario, we wouldn’t have even known your name if we hadn’t asked. We waited 15 minutes after being seated before you came to our table, and we had to repeatedly ask for basics that should have been provided without prompting. The entire interaction made us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than guests. If it hadn’t been Christmas Eve, your tip would have reflected the level of service received. Update: Thank you for your caned response. I called the phone number and automated system forwarded me to website. I completed the online form. This review would have been one star if not for the food.

  Coming from South Carolina to Houston Pappadeaux is ALWAYS a stop I look forward too. This year in Arlington location after Six Flags I talked up the crab cake appetizer to my family who was also visiting. This crab cake was so filled with breading. I notified the waiter who notified the chef that the.kitchen wasn’t doing redos of the meals with more than an hour left before closing. The waiter offered a free dessert in which I wasn’t interested but my family insisted I take it to make up for the lack of crab. I normally don’t ever do reviews unless it’s positive but I felt the need to express my experience so I the future some will have a better experience and less embarrassing one for location.
