When receiving my food the manager or assistant manager (a Latino man) had an attitude when I asked for my hashbrown that was clearly on the receipt. Then he also had an attitude when telling me to go to the next window he was so rude and nasty. I have never once had a good experience with that man, he’s rude mean and inconsiderate. I had to tell him in Spanish why he is being so rude and having an attitude and he just smiled and didn’t answer. Terrible experience to start New Years Eve.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app (McDelivery), paid McDonald’s directly, and a menu item was missing. When I contacted McDonald’s Customer Care, they acknowledged the issue but now say I must contact DoorDash myself to resolve it.
I didn’t order through DoorDash - I ordered through McDonald’s. I was hungry, didn’t get what I paid for, and now I’m being bounced between companies just to get a refund.
Is this normal? Has anyone actually gotten McDonald’s to take responsibility for McDelivery orders?
