Headset people are never friendly.
They gave out my food to someone and I watched them touch all over it and was told they switched out the food. They did not switch out the food. 🤮

Now come on, lets be real, its McDonalds, but this McDonalds is one of the worst that I have had to deal with. I went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order could not understand what I was trying to order, not sure how you can't hear a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with a blue slush, but ok. Maybe it was all the laughter that was happening in the background between the workers?? Or maybe you were too involved with texting on your phone when I pulled up to pay for my meal?? After I asked for my receipt I pulled up to the next window to pick up my food and no hello, how are you, just a open window with a back facing towards me and the employees cussing here and there. It makes me laugh when I see employees like this and want $15 for minimum wage, uuummm no. How about training on your customer service techniques????

First, the person who took my order was very very rude and I did not check after leaving but when I got home I saw that my “big Mac” only had 1 meat in it. I wish this was a joke. I wish I could add a picture because I was truly baffled.

Place needs a better manager someone who takes pride in their work! Place took an hour to get my food said I did not order hot chocolates but clearly the receipt says I ordered them! Idk who’s working this morning but id fire em all if I owned it! Need to watch them cameras and see what’s going on?! If ya can’t do it get someone who can!
