Workers were very rude ! My food was cold fries weren’t salted and at that the lady at the window tried to give me a drink half empty that was her drink next to the drinks that went out she just put a lid on it and tried to give it to me when I refused it she turned around and called me names to the worker behind her ! Worst service ever I will not be back to this McDonalds

Worst wait time in Amarillo, they finally brought my food out 30 minutes later and forgot my drink. I gave up on the drink after t minutes because fries were getting cold. I will never be back to this McDonald's. Been their e different times and they were incredibly slow every time. No more

I'm starting to think the lobby is a secret social experiment to see how long it takes for someone to notice the cash register is just begging to be opened, and the only ones who'd catch me are the camera and the other customers who are probably also wondering if they're just a figment of someone's imagination. I've been sitting at this window pick-up for nearly 10 minutes and I'm starting to think I'm invisible, so I'm about to ask another customer to pinch me to see if I'm a real person today or not.

Whoever runs this location should be fired and a whole new team hired. Rude as hell and "close down" a whole thirty minutes early, but drive through is still open with its AI, lights on, but all we get is attitude bc you decided to be lazy? Supervisor Diane (if thar is her name) has some work to do. And the night manager needs extensive training in customer service. Disgraceful.

I ordered my Food on the app for the drive-through but unfortunately, I guess it says go in the restaurant. I asked lady on the drive-through that she can hand my food to me. She said unfortunately no I have to go inside to get it. so I went inside it took them 47 minutes. I finally received my Food. I saw the lady check my Food so I did not checked it because I thought she put everything I asked for in the bag unfortunately no that was not the case when I got home I was missing two items. There was no sauce in the bag for my chicken nuggets. Also ordered a big Mac with extra sauce and pickles and there was no sauce or pickles on the hamburger. And this is not the first time it happened on the one on SW 58th St. on Georgia. Couple days ago in the morning I ordered a sausage cheese McGriddle and they gave me sausage egg and cheese McMuffin instead, I tried to contact this McDonald’s. It went straight to voicemail four times so I contact McDonald’s corporation. A woman picked up and I told her about the situation. She told that they’re gonna have to do an investigation and She also told me that I will receive my refund and they also will contact me I never received my refund and they never contacted me. That’s why I’m writing a bad view. so this is the second time that 58th St. McDonald’s messed up my order if it happens one more time I’m not gonna go back there anymore. I’d rather take my business to 45th in Teckla I know it’s far away from my house, but at least they don’t mess up my food and they are very respectful…
