While placing my order at the counter I saw a colored woman who was preparing the orders drop a brown paper bag with receipt attached on the floor and she picked it up and continued to place a food order inside to give it to a customer. I told the woman taking my order, never mind with my order. I told the cashier what I just saw. I turned around to ask for the manager to tell the manager what I saw. And to find out, the woman that picked a bag up off the floor, is the manager. Her name is Karen.

Every single table was dirty and the trash was full. I was looked at and ignored when at the counter. I had to wipe down my own table with water from the coke machine.

my complaint is not that it was closed, nor that all of the lights were on and it was closed. My complaint is that there was no answer at the menu (which was on still) and we could see employees in the store so we pulled up to the window. Where we were met by an employee who just stared at us and smirked, no attempt to communicate with us no shake of the head to answer the obvious question of are you open. Just a smug smirk. This behavior would be unacceptable on any day but when so many people are traveling for the holidays it borders on crule. This incident happened at 715 N Lakeside Dr, Amarillo, TX 79103

Just stopped here to order a coffee and no one came to the register. They want you to do your own order. Then I order and it took 30 mins just to get a coffee. On top of that it was very watery. I would not be coming back or recommend this place.

This place will not honor in app discounts. Wanted to place my order with the cashier because I had exactly five bucks to my name. I used app code to place an order for the 20-piece chicken nugget at 40% off what should only be $4 and change with the discount. I'm not sure what happened but the app code disappeared off of my screen and says it's been processed but then they want to charge me $8 and change for the chicken nuggets not the discounted price. The manager has no ability to go in and correct the pricing. So because I didn't get my paycheck this week and I only had $5 to my name I don't get to eat dinner. I don't think that you should be in a management position without the ability to fix the customer's order. The manager suggested I get the $5 meal. I can't even do that. I don't even have enough money to cover tax. I think it's a total shame that I have to walk away with my $5 and hungry because your system does not work correctly.
