    One of the slowest McDonald's in Amarillo. The staff would rather stand around and talk and play around instead of helping the customers.

    Drinks didn't come with straws. The bread on my mcgriddle was torn in half, both sides, almost like someone gripped the heck out of it enough to rip both sides open making it impossible to eat whole. Hashbrowns were all cold, but my main issue? An open maple syrup that everywhere, went through the bag and got all over myself and my car. Worst McDonald's experience.

    I recently visited McDonald’s and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to take my order. The service was efficient, and my food was fresh, warm, and well-prepared. I also appreciated how the dining area was comfortable and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made my visit enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the bathroom. It was not as clean or well-maintained as I expected. Regular cleaning and restocking would make a big difference in the overall experience for customers. Despite that, I appreciate the hard-working staff and the good service. I will definitely come back again and hope to see a few small improvements next time.

    Corporate or the franchise needs to fire the late shift supervisors. Waited 20 minutes in a filled drive through with no cars moving. I only get a 35 minute break. A week passed by and no improvement. Staff claims “systems are down”, but doesn’t explain whether they are still making the food or not.
