Filed a complaint with corporate as this is one of many times. We're pretty much done using this location, and would recommend for anyone in the area to drive the extra 5-10mins to another. I get they were busy, but I've worked enough food service jobs to know this is completely unacceptable.

You have to be serious now. I’m not very happy with this outcome!!!!!!! Very well melted/ creamy Edit: my order was just completely ignored by special instructions!!! Asked for no tomatoes and was STILL GIVEN TOMATOES ON MY ORDER. Do better McDonalds. Some people have allergies to foods and you can put someone in the er. Also I wasn’t given all sauces what I asked for. Putting order I made. Fries were definitely cold.
