When I called they said they could refund me but only if I come to the store which I don’t have time for (I go to work). Worst customer service, better off at the other two McDonald’s in town.

Normally you just go in give the order number and they give you you 1 or 2 bags incl7ding drinks. sealed and ready for grab and go. At this mcdonalds they said they don't do that. And they don't give you 1 or 2 bags they just throw it in smaller bags and leave it on the service counter. What's the point of online ordering if they treat you like a walk in and just leave the food sitting on the counter?

Never in 35 plus years was i ever refused to exchange a mcdonalds toy till today. Very disappointed.
