    This location just keeps getting worse waited 5 minutes for casher I hade to use the kiosk waited 45 mins for my food and my nuggets were cold

    I don't want to talk too soon but I've literally had no problems with this McDonald's. My food is always fresh and correct. Maybe I'm lucky idk ..

    Trenton McDonald's has to be the worst in west Tennessee! Ive literally waited 30 minutes for an online order. More than once. You have to pull up and wait every single time, for at least 5 minutes. Im not saying it always been bad, but fornthe past couple of years it's horrible.

    Food was ok. Waiting on the workers to finish their personal conversation to bring my order to the counter is unacceptable. Like 2 gossiping hens. One of the workers got into a heated phone conversation while on the clock and was yelling and cussing extremely loud. Glad I was the only customer in the store. Do better. Maybe go to the Humboldt location and take note of how you run a fast food restaurant.

    I was trying to get food so I ordered off os the thing in the middle of the restaurant and I wanted to pay with cash so I payed up front and got no reception for 5 to 7 minutes and they proceeded to stare at me I got fed up with it and took a step behind the counter and was gunna ask for help because my kids where hungry and ready to leave and then Shay yelled at me get back so I did just that then she said order on the thing and I already did and then she walked away and one of drive-through workers told her to server us but she look at us like we just came off a highway and the drive through worker had to serve us we gat in the car and they did not give my son sweet and sour so he went in there and I watched him he said that Shay said she was gunna fight him if he came back in the restaurant and he got no help either
