Me and my husband went to eat supper there around 7:30 pm, however it was freezing cold, everyone in the building was cold and complaining. The manager was extremely rude and kept saying she has no control of the temperature. Other customers who eat their regularly say it’s always an issue with the night crew, their hot from moving around and in the kitchen so they cut the heat off for their convenience….I was so upset and cold, could not enjoy my food and wish we would have just left, however, they said they couldn’t control temp but after the uproar in the store and another customer contacted the main boss of the store, you could tell it started warming up some but not much…Management needs to step up and keep things under control there and make sure customers can sit down and eat in peace without all the confusion…Will not be going back to that atmosphere again, other customers says it’s been a issue for a long time and nothing is ever done about it…Will not being going back to that store again!!!
