  They seem to cater more to door dash. I think they'd do better to separate dine in and door dash. There was no wait for a table but the wait for food was 45 minutes at one visit and an hour the 2nd visit. Food was good when we got it both times. The first visit nobody told us our order would be called out to pick up. We saw what we thought was part of it sitting in the window and inquired to then be told to listen for our number. They never called our number. The door dash orders are called loud and clear! When we saw part of our order we were told the other still had to be cooked. I think it went to someone else. I'm not sure who was in charge but a team is only as good as their leader. Just a bote for those ordering dwlivery.... The wait for door dash orders is longer than normal too and I saw some door dashers leave!

  Stood in line for almost an hour and there was only 4 families ahead of us. Waited another hour for our food. The manager at the register is the very definition of "scattered brained". She was all over the place and couldn't stay focused on one task. Also we had to clean our own table because every empty table was dirty and covered in dirty dishes. Floors were also dirty. Without a doubt you need more help at the front counter and in the dinning room. Do Better Pizza Hut.

  Horrible customer service, very rude and arrogant the front desk mid age blonde lady. One hour and half waiting time for one medium size pizza and still it was not ready. No sorry, no apology ! I cancelled my order and I got refund and took my business to (mello mushroom) restaurant instead !

  We ordered pizza at 7:21 on a Monday night. We had a delivery time of 7:58 to our place 19 minutes away. At 8:14, we called asking about our order. The person answering said "Let me check on your order, please hold for a minute" . We were placed on hold and it's been 27 minutes listening to music and nobody has come back online. Still waiting on an expected cold pizza at 8:45. Do NOT order pizza from this Pizza Hut!!! Will update this review if we ever get a pizza.......

  Tried to call and order delivery, but was told because I was in a cabin literally 5 minutes away and 2 miles away, that I had to use door dash which tripled the price. Ordered two, and paid for two pan pizzas and recieved two thin crust pizzas. Not only this, but the lady that tried to take my order was foreign and had to give the phone to someone else to finish my ordeal because we couldn't understand her at all. Poor service, poor food, very inconsistent.
