  Dirtiest Pizza Hut we’ve ever been in it doesn’t look like the bathrooms have been cleaned in months. The dining room is a mess. The pizza is disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere

  The location uses Door Dash to deliver pizza, which means you're not going to get it. I had to go meet the rude, sassy driver who claimed she couldn't find my house, then she couldn't drive up a hill, to get my now hour-cold pizza. If you get a text saying they're delivering with DD, call and cancel the order.

  We ordered delivery and were supposed to receive my order at 11:41pm, it then changed to 12:15am. When we got the pizzas they were burnt, tough, not even cut through, and looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. We were also told that the delivery driver would have change. When the driver got there he said he didn’t have any change so our only option was to give him a 90% tip. When we went to the store today with the pizza the manager told us that is just how the pizzas are supposed to be (it looks completely different online) and then tried to say it was DoorDash that delivered. Then we saw the man working in the kitchen and told her that’s who it was and when she asked why he didn’t bring us change he didn’t have an answer. She refunded one pizza and refused to refund any of the “tip” we were forced to give if we wanted to eat (which we couldnt even eat it because it was so tough and disgusting)

  Ordered their $35 ultimate bundle via doordash. All i received was the boneless chicken. 2 whole pizzas, dipping sauces and the breadsticks (and possibly some more) items were missing Called in and after a 4th call they finally talk to me (as they answer the call and mute themselves) - and they said i have to solve it with doordash. The receipt i received from the dasher literally only says "boneless chicken", so clearly it's pizza hut's fault. The customer service wasn't helpful, i got scammed of $30 worth of products. Stay away from this at all costs! Edit: I checked the other recent reviews and it's nothing new that they deliver orders partially and with items missing. Shame on you, scammers!
