  Just went in for my coffee and asked for extra cream and syrup and the girl at the window handed me black ice coffee and told me we have to pay for extra. I told her we did. She then tried to hand me 5 creamers for 3 large coffees. Finally got her to take them back and she hands me 3 coffees back that are all cream with no syrup. Completely ridiculous to treat someone the way be they ask what they paid for and not one was I rude I even tried to help her. If I could give zero I would. Maybe they need to put more effort into hiring people with descent customer service skills. Not the first time here and deal with attitudes.

  Typical food but service was very slow. No explanation on coupon used and when I used coupon it took fries and drink off. Had to repeat order a couple of times and they weren't even busy.

  They were super busy, most employees were doing their best, however one was a complete jerk. Food was cold. Dining area was dirty. My food order was wrong, when I was waiting on someone to fix it. He ( the jerk) shewed me back then dismissed me. Another employee stepped up to fix issue. No refill station for drinks.

  Stopped in around 7-7:30pm after a long day at Dollywood, wanted something quick. Their self kiosk didnt work. We waited 45 mins just to get our food, which was missing my daughter's chicken nuggets. Seemed like the cashier, who was really sweet, was just thrown in on the register on her first day. This cashier and a hispanic that was making fries were the only employees tonight that seemed to have any customer service skills. There was this on lady working, I'm assuming she was a J1 by the name of "Rachel" (black pants, black long sleeve, no name tag) who was absolutely rude. She intentionally ignored customers. Laughed when they got something wrong, missing an item or a customer had a simple question. We asked for Dr. Pepper, received diet coke. Went back to the counter to have it replaced and "Rachel" laughed in my face and said rudely that she isn't the one making the drinks that she couldn't help me. The hispanic working fries overheard everything and came over apologized and fixed our drinks but we basically stood there 15 mins waiting for them to fix the drinks. It's like untrained children are running this McDonald's. They can say and do whatever they like. After spending about $60 to eat here, I won't ever do that again. I definitely won't be coming back to this location unless management does a full recon on staff.

  I sat done to eat fries were disappointing atmosphere was just sad employees are rude as hell I got four sandwiches asked for four buffalo they refused to give me more than two over all I just won’t be back this isn’t my childhood favorite place anymore it has gotten to be more of a sad deppressed adult now
