  the mid shift workers here are pretty rude.. i understand it can’t be an easy job sometimes but a little kindness goes a long way. i ordered on the app, curbside, and i got food for three people. the girl bringing my order out didn’t say a word to me, even after i offered her a friendly greeting and thanked her. i took my food and rolled my window up, checking the bags to make sure i had everything, and i looked up and i noticed that when she was walking back in she turned her head and looked back at me again with a glare. like, i’m sorry for ordering food? probably won’t come back during mid shift hours

  I picked up a DoorDash order tonight and the experience was completely unacceptable. The DoorDash app instructed me to pick up the order through the drive-through window. When I followed those instructions, I was rudely told to come inside. Once inside, the environment was chaotic and unprofessional. Staff members were openly cussing at each other, and management appeared to be part of the problem rather than the solution. An older gentleman at the counter immediately told me the order was not mine before he even looked at the information. Another employee then felt the need to inform me that since I “just work for DoorDash,” I could simply get out of the way. Let me be very clear — I may be a DoorDash driver, but I am still a person and a representative delivering food for your customers. Drivers are part of the system that helps your business operate and reach more customers. Being spoken to disrespectfully or treated like we are beneath basic courtesy is completely unacceptable. What I witnessed tonight was not just rude — it reflected a workplace with zero professionalism, poor leadership, and absolutely no respect for people walking through the door. If this is how delivery partners and customers are treated, it explains a lot about the atmosphere inside the store. Respect goes both ways. Tonight there was none

  It takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food after ordering. The staff is apathetic at best.

  We got coffee to go. There was 2 people working at 730 am. Quickly got our coffee and got back on the road. The restrooms were very clean too!
