They were out of sweet tea. The machine was out of ketchup also.
The tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. But the parking lot was clean.🤔

Very poor performance on all counts!!! Do not go to this McDonalds unless you have a plenty of time to wait!! Service is non existent!! Not even a greeting!! Witnessed small children (possibly as young as five??) running in and out of the kitchen as the workers ignored them. These same children were sitting unattended in the dining room and running about the area without any apparent supervision. I walked out and went across the street to get my food!! I suggest others do the same!!!

We never have any issues when we visit here to grab some food. We always get the food we order and the wait isn't too bad (unless the line is all the way out, then we just go somewhere else). Always order via the mobile app. You can get food for free and it makes the process at the speaker quicker.

Worst McDonald's experience hands down our order was partially wrong the staff won't answer anyone standing at the counter unless you stand there looking pissed off the lady had an attitude with me and our fries had barely any salt on them if I could leave 0 stars I would

This McDonalds was a disaster. The young man at the front was trying but everyone in the back which was staffed well were clueless. Everyone one was trying to do everything which caused them to mess up everything. Waited 30minutes for 3 burgers 4 nuggets and fries. Then the bacon quarter pounder had no bacon. Took it to the counter had to literally stop someone to ask them to help. I told her the problem and she just stood there looking at it. I then opened the box and took the bun apart and explained again no bacon at which point she said "ew". Then waited another 10 minutes had to tell them another time I was waiting. Another 10 minutes and I finally got the burger to eat with cold fries. If there was a manager on staff that night they should be demoted and put someone there that can manage the people amd process. It was busy but not that busy for the number of employees they had. They also marked the drinks wrong. My wife's was marked diet and was not. Good thing shes not diabetic I guess..
