I ordered a caramel sundae and when I got it it was half empty I took it back in and I said that's the way they come now it's not worth 3.19

The fries were not even warm. They were completely cold. Monopoly time and none of the items that should have game pieces had any. Eat else where

I asked for hot coffee with my order. Drive thru. When I had a chance to try it so I didn’t hold up the line it was cold. It had 2x the amount of cream and no sugar.

food is good, but i wish employees could take the few extra seconds to make their food look right, ive worked in food basically my whole life and with that i know customers “eat with their eyes” it is NOT hard to spread the inside ingredients instead of slapping it all on the same spot and giving it out. lazy. weren’t busy either at all

Ordered on the app.when I got there checked in and showed the little girl behind the counter my code to pick up. She checks the other orders and than after asking if a door dash or someone else food was mine, she says she can't find it. So she gets the manager, she asks my code I tell them and show them. They still can't find it and than tells me that's not my code because it don't have a letter in it. Only numbers. And I show her where I ordered she tells me not her problem nothing she can do. So no food and no money back. Spent almost fifty dollars and nothing. Called the corporate office and still waiting for a call back. This place is horrible. So I recommend trying somewhere else. No respect and always rude too
