  I do t know what is wrong with them, but they always wants people to wait when they have a many waitress and empty rambles. Also they never let you choose a table. For that price range - no. Not good Update: Actually I did put 3 stars but I changed it at least for 4. Kendall saved our mood, we appreciated how nice and professional she was. She is obviously the best part of restaurant. By the way.. cocktails wasn’t good, food too unfortunately

  Just ok. We were sat immediately but took over 20 minutes to get silverware and napkins. We were using our jeans to wipe our hands until I got up and went to the hostess stand for napkins. Steak was good but soup meh. Bill came out and was wrong at first and had to be fixed. We visit Nashville alot and Salt Grass across the nation. Probably will go somewhere else next time in Music City.

  We went to eat Tuesday afternoon, and our previous reservation definitely helped because it was getting busy. However, the service was terrible. We couldn’t comprehend it. The restaurant started getting busy, but then we realized we had a terrible server. To make matters worse, they were out of steak slices, which is a huge disappointment for a steak restaurant. I really wanted to try the 12-ounce ribeye, but unfortunately, it was out, and the only option was the 16-ounce ribeye. I tried to speak to the manager to express my dissatisfaction, but he seemed indifferent. And then we asked about the bigger sirloin but they were also out of that. They should have it listed that all meat is fresh cut and if it does not come in they won’t be able to accommodate you. There just seemed there was à lack of concern for customer satisfaction

  So, a mall Saltgrass you say. Could it compare to a stand alone site? Well, when it comes to the Opry Mills location, the answer is a definite YES! From the welcoming greeting to the caring service of waitstaff member Shelby to the well paced, delicious, and filling meal to being visited by manager Gil; my lunch experience was calm, not rushed, relaxing, and enjoyable for my Saturday afternoon! The atmosphere was vibrant yet muted just right. The entire setting, including the restroom, was clean and well maintained. But the people, the employees, made the difference, particularly Shelby who just gets what it takes to comfortably offer quality service in an approachable, your in good hands with me type of presence. It was such a positive experience that after years of resisting joining the Landry’s Select Club, I finally did not only as a nod for my level of satisfaction but also to encourage me to visit more often. Thank you Shelby, Gil, and the Opry Mills Saltgrass Team for making a difference in my day!

  I called ahead before going to Saltgrass. I was told there was no wait for a table of one. i ended up waiting 10 minutes before being sat (which is not a huge issue, but i was in my lunch break and made sure there was not going to be a wait before hand) I then waited an additional 15 minutes before lovely miss Marilyn came to the rescue (I was not in her section, she went out of her way to help me) (every table around me was being helped by other servers except for mine). She asked me if anyone had helped me yet, which i responded with no. She told me she would take my table if i was alright with that (i was glad she approached me since no one else did) She then went out of her way to guarantee the perfect experience. She asked if i had ever been there before (i had not) she explained the full menu and gave me amazing recommendations. She was very respectful of the fact that i was on my phone and checked in with me an appropriate amount of times. She was the only server i saw that had a smile on her face constantly. I highly recommend requesting Marilyn. She told me she was only available on the weekends. I will not return unless Marilyn is my server. She was the silver lining of my experience. She saved the day!
