Only to be told that they don't have anything to do with the app and that I have to take it up with the app on my own. It's ridiculous, I thought McDonald's was McDonald's in the app or in store or in any other way. There should be a better way to assume responsibility on their part.

I asked for a refund because I was over it at that point. The second girl disappeared then came back and started screaming and cussing at me. Telling me I could come inside for a refund. ( I wasn’t appropriately dressed to come inside. ) I told her that and she still continued to cuss and scream at me. I drove away as we weren’t going to get anywhere. I placed a chargeback with my bank. I know it’s just McDonald’s but dang , do better.
