- NWnightfang wolfNov 1, 20252.0Well forget trying to pickup a mobile order or use drive through in the evenings here. I made a mobile order and sat in the line from 1025 pm to almost 1050 pm. And not a single vehicle in front of me had moved that entire time and I had to be at work at 11pm so I was forced to cancel my order and rush to work. It shouldn't take that long or longer to make 4 or 5 orders (which was the amount of vehicles in line as there were none at the windows) idk if its them trying to ignore us till we drove off but its unprofessional if thats the case as they were still open. I'd get if after close someone drove up but this was 2-3 hours prior to close so there's not really an excuse that can be given. This isn't the first time ie been forced to cancel my own orders due to them never answering the drive through

They messed up my order 3 time In a row took almost 45 minutes to correct my issue simply wanted to spicy mchickens with no Mayo and they can't get that right plus listening to people yelling at each other from both the back and front is an experience I don't like to have. I will never come back to this store again also I'm allergic to mayo and still put it on my sandwiches after the sticker said no mayo clearly
