  When I got to the pick up window, they had me pull forward because they were waiting on fresh fries. They pulled every single car that had been in the drive-through. I waited for 15 minutes on french fries that take 3 minutes to cook. Everything in the bag, including the fries, was lukewarm at best when I received it. If you are short staffed or something, then just say that. Don’t set the expectation that I’m waiting for fresh food and then give me cold food.

  This has happened to me several times. On this occasion, the order had no lettuce at all, and they didn’t even add tomato. The service at the McDonald’s in Morristown, TN is truly disappointing. 👎🏻🤢

  I was just in this location and waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby while watching the girl at the counter take orders, run to the back to bag orders, and then bring them out all while having a line across the building waiting both to place and receive their orders. When I talked to the managers about the fact that she needed help BOTH of them were rude and dismissive saying things like "that's just the way it is" "none of us want to be here either" and blaming the fact that the girl is new and they are short staffed. If that is the case, she should not have been expected to man the entire lobby ALONE. Neither of the managers I spoke to offered any solutions, or even so much as an apology. There was an entire lobby full of people to witness the blatant disrespect these managers showed.

  I dnt usually eat fast foods but when I have apts and short on time I stop here. Its always so backed up. They get your orders wrong most of the time. Why on earth are we having to beg them to have hot, crispy fries by asking them to make them to order and having to pull up and wait on them? I thought hot, crispy fries put them on the map. Well, take them back off the map if they have to give me soggy, cold fries even after I beg them to make them made to order like you are making them work to hard. Because of cold slopped together orders I mainly go for the sweet tea lemonade which they say they are always out or machine is broken. So they they tell me that they wld give me a free one whenever I come back. Im down 7 already. When I go back and tell them they treat you like a con or something. Its embarrassing but needless to say when this happens they need to give out tickets or something so you dnt have to explain or beg for the item you shldve gotten to begin with. Please stop making us beg for hot, crispy fries. If you hold up a fry and it wilts over it isn't done.

  I stopped in on December 8 to get a large coke. I placed my order at 2:00. By 2:07 I still had not received my order and kindly asked about the status of my order and the employee told me that she was off the clock, but she would check which I certainly appreciated. By 2:11 the Manager that took my order, Vance, had come back to the counter and I kindly requested a refund due to waiting on my drink for 10 minutes and needing to go. He very angrily snapped back and said, “I’m working on it okay?!” I was taken aback by the very hatefully toned outburst. He then proceeded to very hastily leave the restaurant. There was another customer next to me who also witnessed this situation and she was also in shock. Vance stormed out of the restaurant and I was still left standing there at the counter still waiting on my refund. At 2:15 another manager finally came to the front to issue my refund and apologize for the situation. I unfortunately did not get this employees name, but I do appreciate his kindness and for rectifying the situation. Needless to say, I will never be back.
