She kept saying that gift cards expire after a year even though that is not disclosed anywhere on the gift card or on the website. There was even an Instagram post inferring that they were changing systems so she would like all gift cards to be used by the end of the year—again with no mention that gift cards expire. We received nothing but terrible customer service and I will never recommend or give this place any business.
