Just to avoid the ones in jackson that have long forgotten what "customer service" and "good food" actually mean. My last few trips have been disappointing to say the least. So I will not be making that drive any longer after this last trip. I mean I can save gas and get the same service in jackson now. The service has slowed in the drive thru and my order has been wrong the last 3 times. I had to go in this last trip to get half of my order that wasn't given to me in line. It's just proof that no one cares any more about good service or doing the job that they chose to do. Anywhere I go outside of jackson has always had such better service and I'll drive however far I need to for my order to be right, hot and all there. This location has simply fell in line with the others in the area. Not a care in the world about the customer actually enjoying what they paid for...

What?, also had to chase someone down to get my drink cup but finally did. The food was OK at best. Everything was made right eventually but I'll probably consider somewhere else next time.

It doesn't matter if I order at the speaker or on the app. Food is rarely warm and fries are almost never fresh. Every time my husband orders something with bacon they always forget the bacon. If I order a bacon quarter pounder that means I want the bacon or I'd order the one without! 🤦🏼♀️
