They are promoting a Chips Ahoy! frappé, but it’s not available. They also don’t have the caramel frappé or the milkshakes. It’s very disappointing to advertise items they don’t actually have.

This mcdonalds is obviously struggling immensely. I came through last night Late at around 10 or so. Just me and 1 other car in line so its not like they were scrambling to get orders together or anything. I ordered 4 mcdoubles and a 5 dollar burger meal. Was missing an entire sandwich from the bag and both of the mcdoubles I asked for with extra pickle and onion had absolutely none of either on both mcdoubles. Fries were warm at best and recieved 1 sauce even after asking at the drive thru for a few sauces. I dont know if its a comprehension issue or just a severe lack of caring (im going to go with the latter) but it needs to change. Every time i come to this location there is always more than one issue. I get it sure to quit coming here but its a stones throw from my house. You would figure being part of the lenoir city community this mcdonalds would want to keep the locals business but it seems as if the employees are there to ride the clock and squeeze by the best they can without any effort and minimal work for a paycheck. Do better. Im not sure what is so difficult about adding extra to an order and making sure the whole order is there. Do better.

3:40 on Oct 28 come to mcdonalds 10 minute after placing an online order and they say their systems are down for a restart... they used to do this at 1am not around 4 even though we had already placed it awhile before. Says won't be back up till around 4:30 or something stupid. But they should have already had the food ready since the order didn't even cancel itself like they said it would. Then we have to get a refund and it says it takes 7 days. Ridiculous. You guys never have food always have wait times and always close your systems down at Ridiculous times. Lenoir city mcdonalds sucks. (Not the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last)

Chicken nuggets, snack wrap, mcdouble and fries. Drive thru was a little slow. Food was fresh and correct.
