- KRKen RiggsMay 27, 20251.0Ordered delivery and the pizza was not hot, was dry, with no sauce was only crust,cheese and pepperoni. Crust was hard and dry. Ordered pan but sure what it was. Tried to call the store and got the call center which sounded like it was out of the country and was told that they can't contact the store only transfer the call. I did this 6 times because the store never answered. I then went and called the 1 800 number and was told to do a complaint online, which I did and still have not heard back from them, that was 3 days ago. What happened to customer service?
- BCBrian CareyDec 13, 20241.0Was out of mushrooms for starters...when I went in there the older guy making ALL the pizzas looked to be alone..but anyways..he was just raw dogging all the ingredients..no gloves no washing hands after collecting money nothing...If I wasn't so hungry and hadn't already paid I def.would have left without my pizza..but kinda felt bad .but management here needs to step it up or something because I order from here all the time but thinking twice now after seeing him raw handing everything..gross
