  Attention to customer, and the food was hot when received. Would come again for a fast bite to eat.

  The lady on the phone was so rude tonight. I asked for two marinara sauce, got one that looked like someone had already ate out of it! The bread sticks were barely brown & the personal pan pizza might as well been raw! I assume we need to know who's answering phones for takeout orders & who's making the food. Cause it sucked tonight! Do better damn!!

  First off I order on line and they didn't bring my wings or cookie cake. I called them and guess what it was another location and then called them sat on hold again then nothing. Do not do order on line!! I have called and they keep on and on connecting me to different ppl and it's crazy

  Literally was on hold and then hung up on by their "3rd party (Out of country) phone services" that hung up on me twice. Then transferred to their "store location" at which they did not answer after 10 minutes and then 15 minutes from a separate call. If you cant deliver or the time outside your store hours, just say so. Do not tell me my order will arrive in 30 mins and then 1.5 hours later give me zero information. Ill be going to the location tomorrow and they will absolutely love it, I am sure.

  Never got my order and they won’t answer the phone. Ordered online and got a text 20 mins later that door dash was delivering to make it faster. Three drivers went to the store then dropped the order. Two hours in the last driver went in and they were told the order got picked up 10 mins earlier and if I didn’t get it reorder with DoorDash which I didn’t order with. Tried to call the store myself and it’s a call center so they transferred me to the store and sat on the line for 20 mins and no one answered. Used the online chat and all they could do was submit a claim and someone would get back to me in 1-3 business days. Called the number back and told the call center again and they said all they could do is give me the store or corporate number but corporate wont be available right now so I had them transfer me back to the store and been on the line for another 15 mins so far with no answer. So we’re starving and never getting our $40 pizza.
