  I’m not usually one to complain, but what I can not stand is being lied to over something so simple. I ordered a Big Mac meal through the drive-thru & asked for the Mac sauce to be put on the side. I noticed on the screen that they charged me .50 for an additional side of Mac sauce so I asked them about that & they said they would fix it & to pull on up. I asked for a receipt when I got to the window & was told that the printer was not working, but they assured me they did not charge for me the Mac sauce to be on the side. Just went to look through my previous orders on the app & sure enough, the girl working the window lied straight to my face. Very unnecessary lying to a customer over 50 cents.

  McDonald's is always consistent. And ice cream machine is usually broken. Super friendly staff.

  If I could leave negative stars I would you can make the McDonalds look better but it don’t help when the employees don’t respect or do their job correctly

  If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 10 minutes trying to order 2 drinks. Their drive thru so full and cars were getting out of line because the wait was so long. There were 7 people waiting for their order when we got there. A woman in front of us was waiting for 15 minutes to order. We left without ordering as no one was in front of the store to help customers. There's always a problem going to any McDonald's!!! Will not be back here EVER!!!!!

  My daughter and I went to McDonald's to try the new grinch meals. She got the chicken nugget grinch meal and I got the big mac meal. After waiting for over an hour in the drive though and being pulled up to the 3rd window and left sitting there for an additional 20 mins the girl finally brings our food. It comes in a bag not the grinch box that was advertised. My daughter's nugget box was opened and her nuggets had spilled inside the bag. And there was none of the dill pickle grinch salt in the bag. I was not told that they were out if it.When I get home with our food my big mac was so crappy made. There was no middle bun on it and it was cold. It's absolutely ridiculous to wait that long and pay over $26 dollars for crappy food and service. I will not be back to this McDonald's.
