- KKKNov 9, 20251.0I was on a call with my mom. She had went through the drive thru line as she was doordashing. To get the doordash order as well as order her a $3 !!! I repeat $3 item. And she was charged $30 for the person in front of hers order. Now my mom is not rude and is probably the most civil customer you will get in this situation. She also doesnt make much money so all she wanted was food for the night and she couldn’t risk losing $30. Purple haired white girl was probably high which is funny bc she is also probably underage. But the manager??? didn’t get her name but she was a short mexican lady. She was ignoring her, shrugging her shoulders,ect. They still tried to get my mom to pay for her food even though she had just paid $30 for someone elses food and yes they refunded (takes 7 days to process) and my mom doesnt have that much money. I work in fast food and an inconvenience like this is something that we care about. Oh wait this doesnt happen at our establishment bc we hire abled workers. Funny part is she didnt even get her food in the end. Especially WHEN it was your fault. Thx.

Mc Donald’s is not my choice for food but my husband loves the Mc Ribs and that is the only reason I went there to begin with. You food has always made me sick to my stomach. Now to get rude employees acting like they hate to wait on you. If they don’t like working there find a different job.
