    Look it's McDonald's still. But absolutely hands down top 3 in the Knoxville area including neighboring cities like Maryville, the burg and Dollyworld.

    15 min to make a mocha at 430am with no one else in line. After 10 min I went back to the window and she was starting to fill the cup while being obviously aggravated with the other employee who was moving in slow motion.

    Came to Knox for the game on Sat, Nov. 15th, 2025. Took over 5 minutes for them to take our order in drive thru. We ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets, large fry, large water, large sweet tea, and a large coke. We asked to add on a McDouble and a mcchicken and the guy at the window said “no”, the female manager was rolling her eyes at us because we asked to add on two items. I’ve never had McDonald’s say no to that before. The nuggets were cold, the fries were NOT full, the fries we did get were cold and old, I didn’t receive the correct dipping sauce for the nuggets. Overall, 3 outta 10. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Do better!!! Or find another job if 5 cars in line is so stressful.

    Went on the app and was told that we had the right address and then they started saying they didn’t have the order and even though we had the proof that we had the right place they still wouldn’t give us our food. I want my money back.
