Management wouldn’t let her close the store so sorry- no food for you and can’t give a refund.

They lie and say they don’t have apple pies and that the ice cream machine is down. I watched a lady taking money tell another customer “give me a second to see if the ice cream machine is working” she sat there for a few seconds then said “ I’m sorry it’s down right now”. They mess up your order you pay for then get mad and start cursing at you and getting attitudes when you ask for your stuff. The lady and male at the second window tonight had no customer service skills what so ever. I will be getting there names and getting in touch with corporate. This Hardin valley McDonald’s should be shut down until they can hire better people.

Waited almost 30 total (other customers were experiencing similar wait times) only to get soggy fries and quarter pounder that was supposed to be deluxe with no onion and no ketchup, slathered in nothing but ketchup and onion! No lettuce, no tomato. Also watched a worker pull something from her shirt, inhale it and then stuff it back in her shirt. Thinking something is off here, and it shows.
