  What happened to the fries!?!? I hadn't been to McDonald's in years but after a trip to Dollywood it seemed like a nice late night treat to get some fries for the kids. But wow since when did corporate decide charging $5 for a small box of saltless Styrofoam sticks was the way to go?

  I came thru the drive thru and ordered two five dollar meals, and paid the extra upcharge for sweet tea and the extra up charge to have them Large, when I asked the lady to replace them with the correct size she has an attitude, she then gave me the right size I paid for but when I tried it , it tasted like straight water, so I came back around thru the line to have them replaced and when I asked her if I could have them sweetened she got upset and told me that I ordered unsweetened, I said to the lady “no I didn’t I have my receipt” she proceeded to snatch the large sweet teas out of my hand and then poured them back into the container and said “whatever “ to me. I want McDonald’s on Millertown pike to know that yall lucky I’ve changed because I almost drug yall employee through the window. Learn some better customer service cus some people will really go off about their food.

  Ordered at the kiosk it was busy. Ordered a coke and 2 sandwiches and shaker fries. The older lady working front counter was rude, yelling at everyone, and she slammed 2 chairs down right beside us while we were sitting at our table waiting. When we got our order we didn't receive a bag for the "shaker" fries. My husband went to get one and she got an attitude with him for asking for a bag. There were other customers in the lobby complaining about her as well. Then we realized she made a diet coke instead and didn't want to deal with her again to recieve the correct drink. Pretty crappy service from her, everything else was fine everyone else was friendly except her. I don't know her name but she had long black hair.

  Came to order in the drive thru. I pulled up my app to use an offer, redeemed the offer and then gave the employee the code over the speaker. In the 30 seconds I waited, she then said it had already been redeemed and I couldn't use my offer. She said "Ma'am this happens to alot of people in the drive thru". If its a reoccurring issue, sounds like it needs to be solved.
