This McDonald steals money please watch put for your food . This is the 4th time this mcdonalds steals money from me . The first and second time it was on breakfast and they forgot my food so order was not complete then lunch today i was missing my big mac and had to come inside to get it but there was nobody at the front desk so i had to wait 10 mins and then nobody show up with my big mac so i went back to my car and went to drive thru and they didn’t give me food so i had no choice but to leave my lunch was over and didn’t have the whole hour to be waiting for my food . The reason for drive thru is because you get your food so n minutes don’t have to wait 30 mins for a hamburger . Very disappointing. Please watch put this McDonald steals money and i am never coming back to any McDonald . I have lost my money and time today and didn’t have my lunch so i am back to work without eating lunch . I will make sure to spread the word to everyone to never come here as they steal money for not giving you entire order or always missing items in your order .

This McDonald’s is terrible.
Every single time I come here or order online, there are missing items in my order. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it happens constantly, and it’s unacceptable.
The biggest issue is the night shift latina manager. She always has a bad attitude, never wants to help, and acts like customers are a problem instead of her job. When there are mistakes with the order, she does nothing to fix it.
A manager is supposed to solve problems, not make the experience worse. If someone can’t treat customers with basic respect or handle issues properly, they shouldn’t be managing a store.
The food is McDonald’s — expectations are simple — but the service completely ruins it. I do not recommend this location as long as the night management stays the same.

CAUTION!!! Dude in the drive thru had my card for quite a while. I wasn't watching the window, but maybe should have been.. order time on receipt says 7:07. Around 7:11 mt credit card company calls me because someone tried to charge $200 to my card to PayPal someone named "Howboutthemboyz88". Then when the card declined they tried to charge $150. Thank God for great credit card companies... Not sure if it's coincidence but seems like something fishy is going on at this McDonald's.

Ordered a Large #3 with sweet tea fries and double quarter, a mcrib meal with fries and a medium sweet tea, and a medium frappe. Watched them hand my drinks to the car infront of me and then take them back. Got charged full price for the frappe and for 2 large sweet teas seperate from the combos. Wasn't even given all the items I was charged. Guy handing out food didn't speak English and had to get a manager. Manager argued the price is the same no matter how it is charged and didn't want to give me the second sweet tea I was charged. All of the food, including the burgers, were cold. All 3 people I spoke to (the guy taking order, guy handing out, and manger) were rude and dismissive, didn't care to even fix a simple mistake.

Ordered coffee and cookies. Ten minutes finally coffee, still no cookies. Five minutes later…. Cookies. This is an easy order that no matter how short staffed, or how “busy” it should have been no more than 5 minutes. No line inside, just shift manager on phone, front receptionists moving in sloth time and looking like she is on pills that slow her motor motion. And the store leader or definitely big boss just on the laptop during the “lunch busy time” is absolute poor time management. Has multitasking become an issue? This used to be the best McDonald’s in a 20 mile radius, now the service has dwindled to incompetents. Paying your employees $15 for crappy service is a waste of money.
