From the time we walked in till we left, it was the most amazing experience inside a restaurant I'd had ever been in...the ones that took u to ur seat, the cooks and the ones bringing drinks was awesome.. I've been sending everybody I know to this restaurant and they call me and say this is their new restaurant now... I always say, I know right... Service excellent, food above and beyond good.. CHEF'S ROCK... OUR grown children and grand children loves this place...

Watery General Tso’s. Chicken had no flavor, tasted barely cooked. Soft, no crispiness to the meat at all. Not sure if you ran out of cornstarch or arrowroot, but that was inedible. Gyoza was good. Fried rice tasted off. Idk what to say, this was incredibly disappointing for the cost. I’ve had better frozen general tso’s

First time here. I did pick up so I can't comment on atmosphere but it looked good! The hot and sour soup was not very good. There's only one restaurant in Memphis that has the best hot and sour soup. I give every new restaurant a chance but never find one that even comes close to the restaurant in Memphis.

I’ve ate at a lot of Asian restaurants all over the world and must have a taste for more exotic or more expensive fresh Asian food. This is a step above Ramon noodles in a cup to me. I got hibachi here and it tastes terrible. Whenever I get hibachi at Wasabi’s it’s always good. The sushi is mid I guess but other than that this is very low quality Asian food. The service is pretty good I can’t complain there. They have karaoke night but the sound system is about as low budget as you would expect. It’s a really difficult spot for me to like. A bunch of old people singing Karaoke and eating terrible food. At least they have beer right? Still if you like the food here I assure you that you can eat just about any Asian food in TN because this may of been the worst I’ve tried. I don’t think I ever made it through a whole plate and I’ve ate here twice. Only reason I can’t give it a 1 star is I’ve never ate at the grill so that could make a difference.

We had a wonderful Christmas Day dining experience at Asia Café (Town & Country location) in Knoxville! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—exactly what you hope for on a holiday. The staff was friendly, patient, and attentive, even though they were clearly working hard on a busy Christmas Day. The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish came out hot and tasted just as good as it looked. Portions were generous, and everything felt thoughtfully made, not rushed. It was especially nice to enjoy such high-quality food on a day when many places are closed. What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran despite the holiday rush. The service remained kind and efficient, and we never felt hurried. Asia Café made our Christmas Day feel special and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, delicious, and welcoming place to dine on a holiday—or any day—Asia Café at Town & Country in Knoxville is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back!
